Legal Assistant
Our client, a highly respected national law firm, is seeking a Legal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to multiple attorneys in a fast-paced litigation practice. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills, along with experience supporting labor and employment or complex litigation matters. This is a hybrid position based in Phoenix requiring approximately 2-3 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
Interested candidates should have at least three years of litigation support experience in a law firm environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, experience managing deadlines for multiple attorneys, proficiency with court filings and litigation procedures, and advanced knowledge of legal software.
